Place the non-stick pan over medium heat, then add the sausage. A little of the fat from the sausage will begin to come out as they warm up, turning and coating the sausage in the hot fat. Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes, moving them around in the pan and turning them over periodically so everything cooks evenly.
